Position: Function and Conference Sales Manager

Location: Melbourne, 4.5-star hotel

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inquiries received through website, direct mail, or phone related to functions and conferences.
  • Execute proactive sales strategies to drive revenue and maximise bookings.
  • Utilise sales methodologies, techniques, and processes to achieve targets.
  • Report directly to the Director of Sales and General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in conference & event sales.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage inquiries and convert them into bookings.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
