Director of F&B - Luxury Hotel, Nigeria

Our client is a large luxury five-star hotel in Nigeria which is about to embark on an extensive refurbishment, and they now require the services of an experienced Director of F&B to join them in establishing an outstanding F&B department. The hotel has 500+ rooms and six F&B outlets including All Day Dining, Italian restaurant, and Roof bar lounge plus extensive banqueting facilities.

Key attributes:

Must have a solid, stable background in large volume F&B properties in the five-star market

Experienced working in the Corporate segment dealing with high profile business clientele as well as government dignitaries and departments

Previous pre-opening or renovation experience, a big plus

Ideally will have worked previously in Africa and international experience would be an added advantage

Comfortable managing large multicultural teams
