The Role:

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed
• Engage service level & guest experience to the highest standards
• Understanding of all departmental objectives and procedures
• Handle guest concerns promptly, communicating with others where necessary
• Actively participate in the daily briefing and department meetings
• Ensure that all team members follow set policies and procedures, ensuring rooms are completed in a timely manner
• Effective leader & mentor to larger local team
• Strong trainings and development skills
• Complete all additional tasks and projects as assigned
