Role Overview: As the Director of Sales for MICE and Corporate Events, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business growth by showcasing the hotels' expertise to potential clients. You will identify new opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events. Your strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and leadership will be instrumental in taking our events to new heights.
What You'll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target MICE and corporate clients.
- Work within a high-performing sales team.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and tailor solutions that exceed expectations.
- Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts and closing deals with corporate clients.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly within the MICE and corporate events sector.
A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong understanding of the MICE industry, corporate event planning, and client needs.
