Job Description:

The client is seeking a highly motivated and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join the team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the firm's professional image. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming personal touch

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or staff member

Involved in marketing, branding and advertising campaigns

Looking after the corporate website, social media platforms and newsletters 

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Schedule and manage appointments and meetings

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the office

Maintain and update client records and information

Assist with general office tasks and projects as needed


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of accounting terminology and processes is a plus, but not required
