Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead our dynamic F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring excellence in service and quality.

Menu Innovation: Drive creativity in menu development, keeping our offerings fresh and exciting.

Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets and banquet services, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency.

Financial Management: Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and maximise revenue opportunities.

Guest Satisfaction: Foster a culture of outstanding guest satisfaction, responding to feedback and ensuring repeat business.

Training & Development: Mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a senior F&B role within a luxury hotel or resort.

Banquet Expertise: Strong banquet and large event management skills, capable of handling up to 1500 guests.
