Job Overview

We are seeking an individual to join a highly dedicates team as a Front of House Lead for a brand-new office tower in Sydney's CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after an elite client base and coordinating all reception and professional services. We are looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment like VIP lounges in airlines or hotels. The role is a day shift only and Monday to Fridays. Your personal charm and personality are crucial for the appointment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk and reception area

Coordinate & escort VIP's and clients to designated meeting and boardrooms

Greet and welcome client in a professional and friendly manner

Coordinate all presentation and professional services

Manage the booking system and ensure all appointments are scheduled correctly

Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment like VIP lounges in airlines or hotels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Personal charm and personality
