Head Concierge for Corporate Real Estate in Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced Head Concierge to join a team in the Corporate Real Estate industry. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, with the opportunity to work day time only and Monday to Friday.

As a Head Concierge, your role will involve:

Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors

Managing incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

Coordinating appointments and meetings for tenants and staff

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the building

Handling maintenance and cleaning requests

Overseeing building security and safety protocols

To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience and skills:

  • Previous experience as a Head Concierge or in a similar role in a corporate building
  • Knowledge of building management systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Availability to work day time only and Monday to Friday
