Are you a seasoned professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in senior leadership positions within the hospitality or finance industries? Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to leverage your vast network and expertise?

We are on the lookout for senior hoteliers with a wide network in the wider hospitality or finance industries, utilising your established network and assist with candidates selection as required, work official or unofficially.

Criteria for a commission-only position with potential for partnership:

Role Requirements:

Senior-Level Expertise: Targeting individuals/companies with extensive senior-level experience in the hospitality sector.

Engagement: Formally or informally Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Forge and nurture strong connections with C-suite executives, Vice Presidents, and CEOs within your network.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, and customising executive search solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your comprehensive industry knowledge to advise clients on market trends, talent acquisition, and organisational needs.
  • Candidate Selection Support: Collaborate with our team to assist in the identification and selection of top-tier candidates for executive roles.
  • Networking and Business Development: Continuously expand our firm's reach by tapping into your extensive network and fostering new relationships.


30+ Years of Senior Leadership Experience: A proven track record in high-level executive roles within the hospitality or finance sectors.

Extensive Network: A wide-reaching network of influential contacts within the industry, facilitating business development and candidate sourcing.

Relationship Management Skills: Exceptional ability to cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Consultative Approach: Capability to advise and guide clients on executive search strategies and industry best practices.

Comfortable with Commission and Royalties Structure: Drive to excel in a commission-based role, with further rewards aligned to your achievements.

Location and Work Style:

Flexibility: Work remotely or from any preferred location while actively engaging with clients and candidates as required.

Flexibility: Work at your own pace and schedule, with limited hours required.
