Position: Regional Director of HR and Training

 As the Regional Director, you will play a strategic and pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence, talent development, and employee engagement within the Southeast Asian region..

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's local and international objectives.
• Oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives for the region.
• Drive employee engagement and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Salary: THB 100,000 to 120,000 + Bonus and Incentives

 Requirements:

• Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) is a must.
• Proven experience in HR and Training leadership within the hospitality industry.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in an international setting.
