We are actively seeking an experienced and Mandarin-speaking Front Office Service Manager to lead the guest and front office services of a casino hotel.

Location: Southeast Asia
Language Requirement: Mandarin Speaking

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Front Office operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead a dedicated team in managing check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and concierge services.
  • Utilise your Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate with international guests and lead a diverse team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and provide guests with memorable experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Front Office leadership role within larger hotels (400+ rooms).
  • Fluency in Mandarin is crucial for effective communication with both the team and diverse guests.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional guest service mindset and the ability to handle various aspects of front office operations.
