We are seeking a talented and experienced culinary professional with experience in signature dining or with a 'Hatted' restaurant background.

Position: Senior Sous Chef

Experience: Strong restaurant background, ideally with hatted or signature dining experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary team in crafting exceptional dishes for our upmarket restaurant, including degustation menus.
  • Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production.
  • Ensure the consistent production of high-quality food.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our culinary offerings and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create memorable dining experiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Sous Chef or similar role within an upscale restaurant.

Strong background in hatted or signature dining establishments preferred.

Passion for culinary innovation and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent leadership skills to inspire and mentor the kitchen team.
