Experience: Proven track record in managing Food and Beverage operations in high-end hotels, with a focus on exhibition facilities.

Expertise: Extensive experience in overseeing large operations, managing 150+ staff, and coordinating multiple outlets.

Cultural Insight: Must possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Middle Eastern culinary and cultural preferences.

Leadership: Confident leadership skills with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams to achieve excellence.

Administration: Strong administrative skills in F&B operations, ensuring seamless processes and adherence to quality standards.
