- Act as a liaison between tenants, guests, and building management, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage meeting and conference bookings, appointments, and special requests with precision.
- Uphold and enhance the reputation of an esteemed establishment through your dedication to service excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Front office experience in hotels or previous work as a concierge within corporate buildings is highly preferred.
- A customer-focused individual with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
