As a Senior Workplace Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence within our organisation and among the dedicated teams. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the highest service standards on a daily basis, ensuring that a diverse range of clients receive the best possible support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the smooth operation of all sites and coordinating staff allocations effectively.
• Cultivating a culture of excellence within the organisation and among the teams.
• Providing best practice services to clients on a daily basis.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and individual managers.
• Reporting directly to the General Manager and contributing to the overall success of the team.
