About You:

The ideal candidate should possess experience equivalent to that of a Hotel Front Office Manager, Senior Guest Service Manager, or a seasoned Workplace Coordinator within corporate service providers.

Role Overview:

As a Workplace Service Operations Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating rostering and support structures from Monday to Friday, ensuring smooth operations across all daily sites. You'll be visiting sites, communicating effectively with staff and clients, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and fostering a positive working culture.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate rostering and scheduling for daily operations across various sites.

Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and management, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Contribute to the development and implementation of workplace service strategies.

Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimise service delivery and enhance overall operational efficiency.


Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in a service-oriented environment. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.

Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Demonstrated customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to contribute to a dynamic and evolving team environment.
