Responsibilities:
- Manage all inquiries received through website, direct mail, or phone related to functions and conferences.
- Execute proactive sales strategies to drive revenue and maximise bookings.
- Utilise sales methodologies, techniques, and processes to achieve targets.
- Report directly to the Director of Sales and General Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in conference & event sales.
- Understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Proven ability to manage inquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
