Our client is a private family, owning a high profile estate team in Melbourne, and is seeking a Co-resident Couple of a Housekeeper/Cleaner and Handyman/Maintenance Person. Reporting to the house manager, you will be part of a smaller team involving chefs, cleaners, gardeners etc. The position is a 'live in' assignment and ideally for experienced couples in the private estate markets.

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Execute daily cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and organisation of designated areas.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes and linens.
• Manage stocking and inventory of household supplies.
• Assist in meal service and possess basic food preparation knowledge.
• Cooperate with maintenance personnel to maintain property functionality and aesthetics.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform routine tasks such as pool filter replacement, pressure washing, and window cleaning.
• Maintain outdoor spaces, including footpath care and driveway grooming.
• Handle minor repairs and troubleshooting of appliances and equipment.
• Coordinate with house manager for any required service personnel.
