Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer the front office standards and services from a 5-star hotel into an exquisite building, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Provide top-notch guest service experiences to tenants, staff, visitors, third parties, and management alike.
- Coordinate meeting bookings, F&B services, and lead visitors in the right direction to ensure smooth operations.
- Your personal charm and pleasant personality will be a main focus on reception, and your courteous approach will handle daily changing issues with finesse.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage meeting bookings and F&B services efficiently.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
