Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing HR operational and tactical functions with an innovative approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives at all levels of employment and structures.
- Driving performance cultures and workforce planning strategies to support the company's success.
- Leading and sharing talent acquisition efforts, employee engagement initiatives, and relationship management, including payroll relations.
- Establishing positive communication channels with individual hotel general managers and management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Continuously foster and guide a positive employee culture and experience, ensuring that performance metrics are integrated at every stage of the employment journey.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within larger hospitality organisations.
- Expertise in driving performance cultures and aligning workforce planning with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse workforce and build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
