A truly leading hospitality group renowned for their commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction. As the company is continuing to grow and expand, they are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead the HR operations with a forward-thinking approach.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be responsible for:
  • Managing HR operational and tactical functions with an innovative approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives at all levels of employment and structures.
  • Driving performance cultures and workforce planning strategies to support the company's success.
  • Leading and sharing talent acquisition efforts, employee engagement initiatives, and relationship management, including payroll relations.
  • Establishing positive communication channels with individual hotel general managers and management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Continuously foster and guide a positive employee culture and experience, ensuring that performance metrics are integrated at every stage of the employment journey.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within larger hospitality organisations.
  • Expertise in driving performance cultures and aligning workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse workforce and build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
