Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Resort Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, with a strong focus on room division, guest services, and food and beverage management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in luxury resorts, particularly in Asia, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of resort operations, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  
• Oversee room division operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage food and beverage operations, maintaining quality and service excellence.
• Engage personally with guests, ensuring each guest feels valued and catered to.
• Be highly visible throughout the resort, interacting with guests and staff in all outlets.
• Implement and maintain procedures that enhance guest experiences and operational effectiveness.
• Foster a positive and motivated team environment, promoting professional development and high morale.

Candidate Attributes/Skills:

Proven experience in luxury resort operations, particularly in properties with fewer than 80 villas.

Significant experience in Asian resorts is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge and expertise in room division management.

Excellent skills in food and beverage management.

A commitment to guest services and satisfaction, with a personal approach to daily operations.

Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, ensuring excellent performance and service delivery.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt and think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
