Junior Sous Chef
Location: Luxury Retreat, Lancefield Area, Victoria
Our client is managing a luxury retreat in the picturesque Lancefield area and is seeking a talented and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join the team. This unique opportunity involves catering to intimate weddings and functions, as well as to the exclusive restaurant, serving houseguests and visitors with a menu crafted from local produce and the freshest market ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Create and prepare dishes using high-quality local and market-fresh produce
Maintain high standards of food presentation and kitchen hygiene
Step into the Head Chef role during their days off, confidently managing the kitchen
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative and innovative menus
Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests, including those attending intimate weddings and functions
