Our client is managing an island resort in Cambodia and is looking for an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and is setting innovative food concepts throughout the property.

Position: Executive Chef

Location:  Island Resort, Cambodia

Salary: USD $54,000 Net, Expat Conditions

Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Excellence: Create and oversee a diverse menu featuring Southeast Asian delicacies, beach BBQs, open-fire cooking, and private dining experiences.

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests regularly to ensure a memorable and personalised dining experience.

Team Leadership: Manage and train a talented local workforce, fostering growth and maintaining high culinary standards.

Innovative Dining: Develop new and exciting dining concepts to enhance the guests' experiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury resort setting.

Extensive knowledge of Southeast Asian cuisine.

Expertise in beach BBQs, open-fire cooking, private dining, and high-end resort restaurant operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent guest interaction abilities.

Single status only.
