The Role:

As the Pastry Chef, you will bring your expertise in all aspects of pastry, including baking and bread-making, to elevate the culinary offerings. Your experience in high-volume environments and managing multicultural teams will ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. Ideally, you have prior exposure to African cuisine and are accustomed to delivering quality under pressure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in four or five-star hotels.
  
• Mastery of all-round pastry skills, including fine dining, buffet, and banqueting.
• Strong background in bread-making is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage large-scale functions and high-volume production.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.

Package:

Salary: US$3,500 to US$4,000 net per month.
