Director of Food & Beverage - Luxury International Chain Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya

We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage for a prestigious international luxury chain hotel in Nairobi. This five-star property features 450 rooms, multiple dining outlets, and extensive function facilities accommodating up to 450 guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all F&B operations, including multiple outlets and large-scale banqueting.
  • Develop and implement innovative dining concepts and strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure high standards of service and quality across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain budgetary controls, manage inventory, and drive revenue growth through effective strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior F&B role within a five-star international hotel chain.
  • Strong background in managing high-volume outlets and large-scale events.
  • Prior experience in Africa or the Middle East is essential.
  • Current or former positions as Director of F&B or Assistant Director of F&B will be considered.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, creativity, and a proactive approach.

Package:

 US$54,000 net per year
