Sous Chef - Luxury Five-Star Hotel, Lagos

Key Attributes / Skills:

• Experience in four or five-star international properties; African experience is advantageous.
  
• Strong leadership; hands-on, supporting the team on the floor.
• Creative and passionate about cooking, with excellent banqueting and à la carte skills.
• Proven ability to train and mentor a large multicultural team.
• Skilled in managing operational challenges and logistical complexities.
• High-profile role requiring guest interaction; excellent communication in English is essential.
