• You have prior experience in West Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, or anywhere on this fabulous continent where the heat is real, and so is the hospitality.
  
• A solid track record at five-star establishments with no more than 120 rooms is a must (because we know you like things manageable, but glamorous).
• You have unparalleled guest contact and PR skills. 
• You’re a business wizard who can whip up new revenue streams like magic.
• Expertise to mentor a multicultural team, bring people together.
• Working closely with owners without breaking a sweat.
• Sales and marketing are your forte, and your networking abilities

The Job
