We are seeking a talented Spa Manager to lead a luxurious spa in Lagos, Nigeria. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and elevate a premier wellness facility, providing an exceptional experience for the guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring top-notch service and guest satisfaction.

Manage and lead a team of spa professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement innovative spa treatments and wellness programs.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency.

Drive revenue through effective marketing strategies and promotions.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure a memorable experience.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and integrate spa services with the hotel's offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end spa environment.

Strong background in managing spa operations and delivering exceptional service.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a diverse, multicultural setting.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Formal qualifications in spa management or a related field are a plus.

Fluency in English is required.
