Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a high-quality menu featuring authentic Asian cuisine, tailored to the tastes and preferences of our international clientele.
  
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
• Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s culinary team to integrate Asian cuisine offerings with overall dining experiences.
• Innovate and update the menu regularly to reflect seasonal ingredients, current trends, and guest feedback.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to meet budgetary goals.

Qualifications:

• Extensive international experience as an Asian Chef, with a proven track record in high-quality Asian cuisine.
  
• Deep knowledge and experience in preparing a wide range of Asian dishes, including traditional and modern recipes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a culinary team.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Familiarity with high-end restaurant operations and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Formal culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are preferred.
