Restaurant Manager – Leading Hotel, Nigeria

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead one of the restaurant operations of one of the largest hotels in Nigeria, featuring 7 Food & Beverage outlets. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organisational skills to maintain high service standards across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure consistent quality of service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of F&B professionals
• Collaborate with the F&B team on service improvements and menu development
• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control for the outlet
• Implement health, safety, and sanitation standards

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end dining environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of F&B management and service operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Culturally adaptable with experience managing multicultural teams

Package:

Salary: US$30,000 - US$36,000
