Hotel Manager – Luxury Boutique Property, Nigeria

We are recruiting an experienced Hotel Manager for a prestigious luxury boutique hotel in Nigeria, known for its uncompromising service standards and fine dining restaurant. This exclusive property is frequently visited by celebrities, VIPs, and high-ranking government officials, offering exceptional guest experiences tailored to the most discerning clientele.

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager with a proven track record of over 20 years in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with boutique properties, ideally from prestigious brands like the Smaller Leading Hotels of the World. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Africa is required, with a deep understanding of delivering personalised, high-end service in smaller luxury settings.

Key Requirements:

20+ years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on boutique and luxury properties

Experience working with Smaller Leading Hotels of the World or equivalent high-end brands

A minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Africa

Proven leadership skills in managing luxury hotels with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction

Expertise in fine dining operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-profile guests

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on management style

Compensation:

Salary: US$80,000 - US$96,000 per year
