We are seeking an experienced and visionary Hotel General Manager to oversee the full operation of a dynamic hotel/resort in the Geelong region. This role requires a decisive and fair leader who can deliver exceptional guest services while driving corporate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across departments.

Lead Food & Beverage outlets and function facilities, maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

Implement a clear vision for enhancing guest services and growing the corporate business segment.

Work closely with the Group General Manager, taking on trusted responsibilities for further projects.

Any renovations or hotel openings experience in these areas being highly regarded.

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in hotel management, with a track record of success in full hotel operations.

Strong F&B and event management experience.

Ability to inspire teams, drive business, and elevate service standards.

Expertise in managing both guest and corporate relationships, with a strategic focus on business growth.

Experience with renovations or openings will be a distinct advantage.
