We are seeking an experienced Head of Food and Beverage for an immediate start at a leading hotel with over 500 rooms, 7 F&B outlets, and a state-of-the-art exhibition centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead the F&B operations of a large-scale property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all F&B operations, ensuring service excellence across multiple outlets, including fine dining, casual dining, and large-scale events.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team to maintain high standards in all areas.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during major events and conferences.

Requirements:

• International F&B experience is essential, with a proven track record in managing large hotel properties.
  
• African experience is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
