We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster IT Manager to oversee and manage IT operations across our leading properties in Nigeria. This is a substantial opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure of hotels with a combined total of 900 rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the IT infrastructure and systems for multiple properties, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution.

Implement and oversee IT projects, upgrades, and installations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with hotel management to identify technology needs and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and data protection regulations.

Conduct regular assessments of IT systems and processes, making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse IT team.
• Experience in managing IT operations for hotels or large-scale properties with significant room inventory.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge across a range of IT systems and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: US$48,000 per annum
