A premier 450+ room hotel in Nigeria is seeking an experienced Resident Manager to lead a large-scale operation, including multiple food and beverage outlets and a major exhibition centre. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive excellence across all areas of the hotel, working closely with department heads to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across rooms, F&B outlets, and event facilities.

Maintain high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Lead and mentor department teams, ensuring top performance and productivity.

Support the General Manager and deputise in their absence, making key strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and brand standards.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership in managing large hotels or resorts, preferably in Africa.

Strong operational expertise in F&B, guest services, and event management.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
