We are seeking a dynamic Head of Food & Beverage Operations to join a high-profile 400-room hotel renowned for its extensive F&B outlets, vibrant lounges, and a bustling convention centre. This is an exciting role for an experienced leader who can manage a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional service standards and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all F&B operations, including multiple restaurants, lounges, and large event spaces.
• Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth across all outlets.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain quality and consistency.
• Develop and mentor a diverse team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in high-volume F&B operations within hotels of 300+ rooms and at least 5 outlets.
• Preferred background in African or similar regional markets.
• Proven leadership skills in upscale, large-scale hotel environments.
• Strong financial acumen and a focus on service quality.
