National F&B Director
Location: Sydney
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
We are looking for an accomplished National F&B Director to establish and oversee the catering operations for corporate clients across Australia. This role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional with a background in high-end food and beverage management who has successfully transitioned into a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Identify and collaborate with third-party catering partners and production kitchens nationwide to ensure high-quality, reliable services.
Menu Design & Service Packages: Develop a variety of food service packages, from breakfast and lunch to tea breaks, dinners, and fine dining experiences for both small and large-scale events.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, fostering relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Performance Tracking & Improvement: Track key performance metrics, analyze the success of catering and event functions, and implement strategies for ongoing improvement.
Outlet Operations: Oversee multiple outlets, including corporate cafés, conference catering and canteens, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Corporate Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate high-quality corporate events, managing logistics and liaising with all relevant stakeholders.
Quality Control: Work closely with production kitchens to maintain consistency, quality, and adherence to standards across all offerings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Significant experience in F&B management within hotels or high-end catering companies, ideally with exposure to corporate clients (e.g., ASX-listed companies).
- Expertise in managing large-scale corporate catering and events, with a solid understanding of food production and quality control.
- Strong vendor management skills, organisational abilities, and attention to detail, especially in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
