About the Role

As the Executive Pastry Chef, you will lead the production of top-tier desserts that embody artistic presentation and taste, reflecting the highest culinary standards of Two or Three-Hat dining.

You’ll oversee a dedicated pastry team of 5, fostering an inspiring and organised kitchen environment while collaborating with a larger brigade. Your leadership will motivate the team to deliver exceptional creations consistently.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a fine dining environment, with exposure to Two or Three-Hat standards.
  • A creative mind with a focus on producing innovative, beautifully presented desserts.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage the pastry kitchen effectively.
  • A team player who inspires and develops talent while maintaining high performance.
