Are you an experienced Sous Chef with Hat-level experience ready to make your mark on Melbourne’s dynamic food scene?
Your mission: Create exceptional menus, craft specialised dishes, and inspire a team to deliver excellence every night.
Key Responsibilities:
You are fully responsible to design innovative, seasonal menus that excite and delight guests
Lead and motivate your kitchen team, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity
Oversee the preparation and presentation of 5 dinner services per week.
Drive consistency in food quality and presentation to uphold the restaurant’s prestigious reputation.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that prioritises teamwork and growth
Ensure smooth kitchen operations, from ingredient sourcing to dish execution
Ideal Candidate:
Extensive experience in top-tier restaurants with Michelin Star or Hat background
Proven ability to create innovative menus and specialised dishes
Strong leadership and team management skills
A passion for excellence and high-quality standards in every dish
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
