Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Design innovative, seasonal menus showcasing the finest local ingredients.
• Oversee food preparation and service for the 80-seat restaurant and small-scale events.
• Drive culinary excellence for boutique weddings and other private functions.
• Manage kitchen staff recruitment, training, and daily operations.
• Control food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to meet financial goals.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards.
