Vice President – International Hotel Operations

Luxury Hotel Portfolio- Southeast Asia, Middle East & Europe

Location: Singapore (initial) with relocation to Bangkok in due course

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President to lead and oversee the operations of an expanding portfolio of luxury hotels across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. This role encompasses driving operational excellence in existing properties, spearheading rebranding and openings, and leading future acquisitions for continued global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic operational performance of luxury hotels within the portfolio.

Drive growth through acquisitions, rebranding, and the successful opening of new properties.

Collaborate with senior leadership on market expansion and brand positioning strategies.

Act as a hands-on leader and mentor, fostering high-performing teams.

Ensure the highest standards of service and profitability across all properties.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience at an executive level within international luxury hotel groups.
• A track record of successful hotel acquisitions, brand expansions, and rebranding initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in launching and managing large-scale luxury properties.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Flexibility to relocate initially to Singapore, with a move to Bangkok as the role evolves.
