We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Pastry Chef to lead pastry operations for Nigeria’s premier 500-room hotel, featuring multiple F&B outlets and large-scale function facilities accommodating over 1,000 guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage pastry production for multiple restaurants, lounges, and banquet events
- Coordinate large-scale operations with impeccable attention to detail
- Drive creativity and innovation in menu design and presentation
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and visual appeal in all pastry items
- Train, mentor, and inspire a large, diverse pastry team
- Oversee production efficiency, inventory management, and cost control
- Collaborate closely with the executive kitchen team to maintain service excellence
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience as a Pastry Chef in large luxury hotels or resorts
- Proven leadership managing high-volume pastry production and large events
- Exceptional coordination, time management, and organisational skills
- Creativity and passion for developing unique, high-quality pastry offerings
- Strong communication and team-building capabilities
Salary: US$42K
