We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Hotel Operations to lead the operations of a premier 500-room hotel in Nigeria. This prestigious property features luxury accommodations, high-end food and beverage outlets, and a state-of-the-art conference and exhibition centre catering to large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire hotel operation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Lead and enhance high-end F&B outlets, banquet operations, and event services
• Drive operational excellence in conference and exhibition management
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless integration across F&B, rooms, and front office
• Develop and implement service standards, efficiency improvements, and cost controls
• Foster a culture of service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing management team

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or similar leadership role in large-scale luxury properties
• Strong expertise in Food & Beverage management, including high-volume events
• Experience with rooms division and front office operations is highly regarded
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage large teams and coordinate across multiple departments
• Strong business acumen and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality

Salary and Benefits
