F&B Director – Leading Hospitality Group, Nigeria

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Director to oversee one of the largest and most dynamic F&B operations within a luxury hotel in Nigeria. This is a prestigious role where you will manage multiple restaurants, lounges, bars, and an exhibition centre, delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations across several high-end restaurants, lounges, bars, and events spaces
• Drive profitability and efficiency across all F&B outlets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service
• Lead menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to enhance guest experience
• Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute strategies for catering large events and exhibitions
• Ensure effective management of staff, training, and development to maintain top-tier service levels
• Manage inventory, budgets, cost control, and waste reduction for all F&B departments
• Monitor trends, market demands, and guest feedback to stay ahead of competitors

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Director of F&B in Africa or similar leadership role in a large-scale hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong expertise in managing diverse dining outlets, bars, lounges, and event spaces
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding service while maximising operational efficiency and profitability
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and development
• In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, kitchen operations, and event catering

Salary and Benefits
