We are seeking a career-minded and ambitious Director of Sales for a premier 500-room property in Abuja. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic sales leader with a solid background in hospitality to drive business development and revenue growth in a prestigious hotel with multiple F&B outlets and extensive conference and event facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting key market segments
- Oversee corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) market penetration
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and market trend analysis
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or senior sales leadership role within the hotel industry
- Comprehensive understanding of all major market segments; specialisation in a specific market will be considered
- Strong negotiation, networking, and business development skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
Salary and Benefits
US$36,000 net per year
