Regional Director of Sales – Bangkok, Thailand

A corporate hotel group is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to manage all sales aspects across multiple properties. The ideal candidate must have experience in a cluster or regional sales role, a strong understanding of the corporate and MICE market, and be fluent in Thai.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximise revenue.

Lead and mentor sales teams across multiple properties.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Align sales efforts with the company’s revenue and brand objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a regional or cluster sales role within the hotel industry.

Fluency in Thai is essential.

Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Excellent knowledge of the corporate and MICE market in Thailand.

Results-driven with a strategic mindset.

Offer:

Salary: THB 200K – 250K per month
