We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Chef for a flagship hotel in Jakarta to lead its signature Japanese restaurant. The ideal candidate must be a Japanese national with expertise in both traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, kaiseki, robatayaki, and more.

• Japanese national
• Strong expertise in Japanese culinary arts (sushi, sashimi, kaiseki, robatayaki)
• Engaging personality with the ability to interact with guests
• Fluent in Japanese with fair English language skills
• Leadership and training experience in managing a kitchen team
• Ability to maintain authenticity while incorporating innovation in Japanese cuisine
