One of the largest hotels in Nigeria is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant Manager to oversee all hotel operations, including significant Food & Beverage operations. This prestigious hotel offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with experience in large-scale, five-star hotel environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of the hotel’s day-to-day operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence.
• Lead, motivate, and train a large team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Work closely with the General Manager to set and implement strategic goals for the hotel.
• Ensure profitability and efficiency across all departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a 5-star hotel environment with a large (400+) room capacity.
• Previous roles as a Food & Beverage Director or Hotel Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and oversee complex operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.

Offer:

Salary of US$66,000 neg
