Renowned for its exceptional service and beautiful grounds, we are now looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the team and drive success across all aspects of the property’s operations.

About the Role:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a 70-room resort with a strong focus on weddings and corporate events.
  • Drive sales and revenue generation, working closely with the sales and marketing team to promote the property.
  • Uphold our uncompromising commitment to superior service standards, ensuring every guest receives an unforgettable experience.
  • Oversee budget control, financial planning, and revenue strategies to maximise profitability.
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and successful work environment.

About You:

  • Proven experience in hotel management, with a focus on revenue generation, budget control, and team leadership.
  • Strong experience in driving sales for weddings, corporate events, or similar hospitality-focused sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for building a motivated, customer-focused team.
  • Unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier service at all times.
  • Ability to manage operations efficiently while staying focused on profitability and guest satisfaction.
