We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of multiple properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency sales and brand influence

About the Role

Oversee daily operations across multiple boutique hotels, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Get hands-on with all operational matters from guest services to F&B and all services

Work closely with owners and senior leadership to enhance sales revenue strategies and branding for each property

Lead mentor and inspire on-property teams to achieve excellence

Drive brand positioning and guest engagement to elevate the identity of each hotel

About You

Proven experience in multi-property management or a senior operational leadership role within boutique or luxury hotels

Strong understanding of sales revenue strategies and brand positioning

Hands-on leadership style with a passion for guest service and team development

Ability to manage multiple priorities and make impactful decisions

Commercially savvy with experience working to financial targets and performance KPIs

Location Melbourne Australia

Salary 150K to 170K based on experience
